Services We Provide:  Prepare Confidential and Comprehensive Project Proposals based on your project criteria. Provide information on labor force availability, taxes, energy costs, financing, and job training programs. Coordinate community visits and property tours for site selection teams. Maintain current information of available buildings and industrial sites. Act as liaison with state/local officials, area real estate developers, utility/transportation representatives, and coordinate with local Economic Development Partners.
